 Integrative Reflexology®
Integrative Reflexology® is a foot, hand, face and ear reflexology training that is a modality of massage and bodywork therapies. The therapy works with the meridians as energy pathways that begin and end on your fingers and toes. By stimulating the proprioceptors on the bottom of your feet to increase the stimulation of the nerve endings, a calming effect takes place in your whole body. 45 min/$50

Thai Yoga Massage
Thai Yoga Massage is known as a ‘lazy person’s yoga class’, as it is performed fully clothed on a comfortable speciality mat on the floor. These sessions are both relaxing and therapeutic, incorporating passive stretching, positional release therapy, muscle energy technique, soft tissue manipulation and joint mobilization. You do not have to be flexible to receive a Thai yoga massage, all you need is an open mind and the desire to release and ‘let go’. 60 min/$60

Thai/Swedish Fusion Massage
A unique experience, this massage will feel like a traditional Swedish massage with herbal oils and relaxation strokes with some Thai stretching and acupressure release incorporated. This is my personal favorite type of massage to give and receive. You can expect deep release in your joints and have more mobility and freedom in your body when you get off the table. 60 min/$80 – 75min/$100 – 90min/$120

Pre-Natal Massage
Mothers are pampered by bolstering to fit her growing body and positioned side lying to access her low back and spine. All pressures and manual therapy are skillfully tailored during each individual session to meet her needs as her body changes and moves through the stages of pregnancy.
